Robin is a dynamic leadership consultant, coach, and keynote speaker. She is best known and respected for her ability to see through to the core of key issues and her unique way of bringing out the best in others through honesty, good humor, creativity, and collaboration. She offers 20+ years of experience building and executing global programs “from the ground up” in the areas of Leadership Coaching, Organizational Change and Development, Employee Relations and Diversity.
Robin's dedication and enthusiasm is contagious and she engenders a mutual commitment from her clients to “show up” fully present and available to address their development goals with vigor. In addition to her consultancy, Robin educates and inspires emerging and developing leaders as an adjunct professor in the Ageno School of Business at Golden Gate University in San Francisco.
Robin is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Transformative Studies at the California Institute of Integral Studies. Her qualitative research study will explore the moral ecology and character value sets of emerging millennial leaders. Robin also holds an M.A. in Transformative Leadership from the same college, a B.S. in Business Administration from California State University, East Bay, a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) designation from New Ventures West, a certificate in Applied Positive Psychology from The Flourishing Center, and is a certified HorseDreamUSA equine-guided leadership development facilitator. She is a Bay Area native and in her leisure loves teaching as an adjunct professor, traveling, taking long drives and spending quality time with friends and family.
