LeaderSenseEQ is a collaborative leadership methodology, born from the partnership of Powerful Visions Leadership Consortium and Medicine Horse Ranch, offering internationally certified equine facilitated leadership programs. LeaderSenseEQ is a back to the basics, holistic approach, rooted in the recognition that all things are intimately interconnected and explicable only in reference to the whole, a concept key to successful leadership.

Horses serve as powerful teachers and the ideal medium to this approach. Unlike us, horses are present and grounded in the here and now. They have no agenda for us and their reactions stimulate powerful self-reflection. Through a hands-on learning experience with our equine facilitators, participants explore their unique styles of leadership, presence and engagement and gain valuable insight on how their current practices impact those around them.
