Gina began her career as an IT professional and, for over 20 years, worked at several major corporations, including Lockheed Martin, Hughes and Intel. In addition to IT positions, she also worked as a corporate capital purchasing manager, a college recruiting manager, a facilitator for global management training and team building, and taught several technical and leadership development courses. She previously served as an ordained senior pastor for nearly twenty years, and currently is responsible for the development of several workshops each year as the director of Leadership Excellence for her denomination. 

 

Gina's areas of interest and proficiency include leadership development, team building, facilitation, and workplace spirituality and work-life balance.  Her educational background includes both a BBA and an MS in Management Information Systems, an MA in Theology and Biblical Studies, and she will graduate in May 2016 with a DMin in Workplace Theology, Ethics and Leadership.

 

Gina and her husband, Duane reside in Phoenix, Arizona and are very proud of their three children, daughter-in-law, son-in-law and four grandchildren.
